Hi Family and Friends! I started this blog a few years ago and haven't posted since. Well, it's now time to start talking about what we are up to because our life is a little CRAZY! But in a very good way!
My sister Christi joined the Susan G. Komen 3 Day Walk for Breast Cancer and I thought it was such a great idea I signed up as well! It's not an easy feat - we will be walking 20 miles a day, 3 days in a row. That's not something you just show up and do. It requires a lot of training, cross training and most of all, commitment.
Now, as I had said above, our life right now is a little CRAZY. Hayden is almost 4, Emerson is getting ready to turn 1, Sloane works and is in Grad School, I work and work and work....SO, trying to figure out when I'm going to train is a challenge - one I need to figure out and figure out quickly.
I thought writing about this challenge would be a great way to chronicle the event and show everyone how important this cause is. And at the end of the day, you would want to see where your money would be going!!
